The hotel provided a free shuttle bus service. This was convenient. The breakfast started very early at 4 AM. This suited my early flight schedule well.
The room seemed dusty. The corridors had a strong cigarette smoke odor. This was surprising. The bathroom had stains and paint marks.

the breakfast was acceptable, with a wide variety of options.
i was quite disappointed with the room i initially received (it was a triple room). it was not the senior suite i had booked, and the staff seemed hesitant to rectify the situation at first. the air conditioning in the first room didn't work either, so i had to change rooms.

The hotel offers a complimentary taxi service to and from the airport, i found that really helpful. my room was spacious and well kept! the pool area was lovely. I spent some time there relaxing before my flight. also, the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious options.
I thought the hallway carpets could use a bit of updating. They looked slightly worn.

My double room included a king-size bed with crisp linens! it also featured a seating area with a small table and a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary water and juices. Everything felt very clean. the bathroom had a rainfall shower and fluffy towels.

The hotel provided a convenient airport shuttle. The room was clean and well kept. The staff was professional and helpful. I felt relaxed during my brief stay (it was just what I needed after a long flight).
I noticed that some of the furniture looked a bit old.
